Soft light blue shade with colourful pritn and bright red trims to the neck and turn up cuffs. Bodice is fitted and has a v neck and three small slightly slanted buttons to fasten the front. Fitted waistband with belt loops but no belt. Full flippy skirt with red trimmed hem, not quite full circle, but close.
